Tata Tiago and Tigor CNG Sold Over 3,000 Units in January

News Synopsis

Tata Tiago CNG and Tata Tigor CNG, both the cars were launched on January 19 and have successfully sold more than 3,000 units in the same month. Overall, the company has sold 40,777 cars in January 2022.

A number of factors helped Tiago and Tigor CNGs start the new year on a good note. Both the models come with the CNG options in the top-spec trims including Tata Tiago XE, XM, XT and XZ+; whereas Tigor CNG comes in two: XZ and XZ+. The CNG and eco-friendly cars can be cod started in the CNG mode.

Both the cars get the same 86PS/113Nm 1.2-litre petrol engine, and the power is reduced to  73PS and 95Nm when they are driving on cleaner fuel. It also has a 5-speed manual option at the moment.
