Tata Motors has officially announced the introductory pricing for its much-anticipated Harrier.ev rear-wheel drive (RWD) variants. Bookings for these variants will begin on July 2, 2025, while the pricing for the quad-wheel drive (QWD) models will be disclosed on June 27, 2025. The revealed prices are ex-showroom and do not include the cost of charger and installation. Customers can opt for an AC fast charger at an additional price.
Vivek Srivatsa, Chief Commercial Officer of Tata Passenger Electric Mobility, highlighted that the Harrier.ev redefines what an SUV can offer. According to Srivatsa, the model blends supercar-like performance, off-road prowess, and cutting-edge technology, all while matching the price points of internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. He emphasized that the Harrier.ev not only competes with ICE models but also surpasses them in performance, capability, technology, and safety. Tata aims to accelerate India’s EV transition with this powerful alternative.
Built on Tata’s advanced acti.ev+ electric architecture, the Harrier.ev delivers 504Nm of torque via a dual-motor all-wheel drive (AWD) system, branded as Quad Wheel Drive (QWD). This setup enables the SUV to sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 6.3 seconds, positioning it among the quickest EVs in its class.
The front motor generates 155.83 bhp (116 kW), while the rear motor produces 234.72 bhp (175 kW). Tata also offers a rear-wheel drive variant for those seeking a different driving experience.

It features Off-road Assist, enabling ultra-low-speed crawling at just 5 km/h. A unique 540-degree Clear View Assist displays the terrain beneath the vehicle on the infotainment screen for enhanced trail visibility. Additionally, the SUV sports Ultra Glide Suspension with Frequency Dependent Damping (FDD), along with departure, approach, and breakover angles of 26.4°, 25.3°, and 16.6°, respectively.
The Harrier.ev offers 65 kWh and 75 kWh liquid-cooled battery packs. The larger pack provides a certified range of up to 627 km (ARAI MIDC), with real-world figures between 480–505 km.

20% to 80% charge in 25 minutes via 120 kW DC fast charger
7.2 kW and 3.3 kW AC home chargers
