Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), India’s most valuable company by market capitalisation, reported a consolidated net profit of ₹18,645 crore for the third quarter of FY 2025–26. The company delivered steady performance across key businesses including Jio, retail, digital services, and oil-to-chemicals, supported by strong revenue growth and stable margins.
During the third quarter of FY26, Reliance Industries recorded a total income of ₹2.74 lakh crore, marking a nearly 1% year-on-year increase.
In the corresponding quarter last year, the company had reported a total income of ₹2.48 lakh crore.
After accounting for expenses such as employee costs, taxes, and raw material prices, the company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹18,645 crore.
This represents a 1% increase compared to ₹18,540 crore reported in the October–December quarter of FY25.
Reliance generated ₹2.94 lakh crore in revenue from products and services during the quarter, reflecting a 10.5% year-on-year growth.
In Q3 FY25, the company had recorded revenue of ₹2.67 lakh crore.

Net Profit:
Profit increased 11.2%, rising from ₹6,861 crore in Q3 FY25 to ₹7,629 crore in Q3 FY26.
Revenue:
Revenue grew 12.7% to ₹37,262 crore, compared to ₹33,074 crore in the same quarter last year.
ARPU (Average Revenue Per User):
ARPU improved 1.08%, increasing from ₹211.4 to ₹213.7 during the quarter.
Revenue rose 8.7%, increasing from ₹1.49 lakh crore to ₹1.62 lakh crore.
Revenue declined 8.4%, falling from ₹6,370 crore to ₹5,833 crore.
Revenue grew 8.3%, rising from ₹90,351 crore to ₹97,912 crore.
Revenue increased 12.3%, moving up from ₹39,733 crore to ₹44,653 crore.
Revenue surged 46%, jumping from ₹12,236 crore to ₹17,868 crore.
Ahead of the Q3 FY26 results announcement on January 16, Reliance Industries shares closed 0.15% higher at ₹1,461.
