Homegrown audio brand Noise has expanded its premium portfolio with the launch of the Master Buds 2 truly wireless stereo (TWS) earphones in India. Featuring Sound by Bose technology, enhanced Active Noise Cancellation, and spatial audio support, the Master Buds 2 aim to deliver a high-end listening experience at a competitive launch price of Rs 7,999. The earbuds will officially go on sale starting March 19.
Noise continues its distinctive design approach with the Master Buds 2. The charging case retains the signature vinyl disc-inspired aesthetic previously seen in the earlier Master Buds lineup. This unique circular design helps the earbuds stand out in a crowded TWS market while reinforcing the brand’s premium positioning.
The earbuds are available in three stylish colour options — Carbon, Aurum, and Mercury — catering to users who prefer both classic and modern finishes. The overall construction appears sleek and minimal, targeting consumers who value both aesthetics and performance.
One of the most notable highlights of the Master Buds 2 is the integration of Sound by Bose technology. Through this collaboration, Noise aims to deliver a well-balanced and immersive sound experience. The earbuds are equipped with 10mm dynamic drivers designed to produce enhanced bass, clear mid-tones, and crisp high frequencies.
Noise states that this partnership is part of its broader strategy to make premium-quality sound more accessible to Indian consumers. The Bose tuning is expected to improve overall clarity and depth, ensuring users enjoy music, movies, and podcasts with refined detail and dynamic range.
The Master Buds 2 feature Noise’s most advanced Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) system to date, supporting up to 51dB noise reduction. This marks an improvement over the previous generation, which offered up to 49dB ANC.
With enhanced noise cancellation, users can expect better isolation from external disturbances such as traffic noise, office chatter, and background sounds during travel. The upgraded ANC system positions the Master Buds 2 competitively within the premium TWS segment.
For calling performance, the Master Buds 2 incorporate a 6-microphone Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) system. This setup is designed to filter out surrounding noise and improve voice clarity during calls. Whether users are in busy outdoor environments or indoor workspaces, the ENC system aims to deliver uninterrupted and clear conversations.
The earbuds also support 360-degree Spatial Audio combined with intelligent head tracking technology. This feature creates a surround sound-like experience by dynamically adjusting audio direction based on the user’s head movement.
According to Noise, this immersive audio capability enhances gaming, movie streaming, and music playback by providing a theatre-like sound environment. The real-time adaptation ensures that audio positioning remains accurate even when the user moves.
Noise has integrated an AI Voice Chat Assistant accessible through the Noise Audio companion app. This feature enables users to interact naturally with their earbuds, manage tasks, and seek information via voice commands.
Additionally, the Master Buds 2 support head-gesture controls. Users can manage playback, answer or reject calls, and control music simply by moving their head. These smart interaction features add convenience and hands-free usability to everyday listening.
In terms of battery life, Noise claims the Master Buds 2 offer up to 30 hours of total playback time with the charging case. On a single charge, the earbuds can deliver up to 6 hours of audio playback. This battery capacity ensures that users can enjoy extended listening sessions without frequent recharging.
The Noise Master Buds 2 are priced at an inaugural launch price of Rs 7,999 in India. Pre-bookings are currently open via the official Noise website and select retail partners.
