JSW MG Motor India has announced that the MG Windsor EV achieved record sales of 4,308 units in July 2025, making it the highest-selling electric car in India for the 10th consecutive month. This milestone also marks the Windsor’s best monthly sales performance since its market debut.
Since its launch, the MG Windsor EV has reached nearly 36,000 units in total sales. The growing demand for the model has helped JSW MG strengthen its position in the passenger EV market, with the company’s market share rising from 28% in Q1 2025 to 32% in Q2 2025. During the same period, the Windsor’s average monthly sales surged by 17%, while overall EV sales from JSW MG climbed by 28%.

The MG Windsor is powered by a permanent-magnet synchronous motor mounted on the front axle, delivering 136PS of power and 200Nm of torque. Two battery configurations are available:

AC Charging (7.4kW) – Full charge in 7–9 hours
DC Fast Charging (up to 60kW) – 0 to 80% charge in approximately 50 minutes
