Tim Cook Highlights Record Revenue in India

Apple CEO Tim Cook recently highlighted India’s growing importance during the company’s earnings call.

We continued to gain momentum in emerging markets, which includes India, where we saw strong double-digit revenue growth,” said Cook.

He also emphasised the performance of Apple’s global retail operations:

In retail, we continue to bring a magical experience to our customers all around the world, and we were thrilled to have our best-ever results in retail during the quarter. We were excited to open our fifth store in India in December and have plans to open another store in Mumbai soon,” Cook said.

  • iPhone shipments grew 24 per cent year-on-year (YoY) in 2025 compared to 2024
