The IPO price band has been fixed at ₹343 to ₹361 per share.
Retail investors can apply for one lot of 41 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹14,801.
About 10% of the issue is reserved for retail investors.
Small HNI investors must bid for at least 574 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹2,07,214.
Large HNI investors will need to apply for 2,788 shares, amounting to roughly ₹10 lakh.
Of the total IPO:
75% is reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs)
15% for Non-Institutional Investors (HNIs)
The remaining portion for retail investors
The Amagi IPO is a mix of fresh equity issuance and Offer for Sale (OFS).
Fresh Issue: ₹816 crore
Offer for Sale: ₹972.62 crore
Under the OFS, investors including PI Opportunities Fund-I, Norwest Venture Partners X, and Accel Growth VI Holdings will sell part of their stake.
A part of the IPO proceeds will be used for acquisitions, while the remaining amount will go toward general corporate purposes.
At the upper end of the price band, Amagi Media Labs’ post-issue market capitalization is estimated at around ₹7,809.84 crore.
