Looking back at history, we were thrown with endless weight loss tips which soon turned into nothing but just a big fab #myth. Gym? tried and tested! low-carb diet? tried and tested! There was nothing the weight-check-goers did not do to put their bodies back into shape. And as far as the ongoing situation is concerned, let alone put our crazy diet to rest. Here are five weight loss myths that we busted, relax your muscles, and read.

Eat Your Morning Breakfast

A lot of health experts attach morning breakfast meals to the weight loss regime, but this is the biggest myth of all time. Don't think that a king-sized breakfast will add to the pounds. However, if you want to maintain a healthy lifestyle, then following a healthy breakfast routine daily with fresh juice and vegetables should be your go-to.

Cutting Fat from Your Diet

The biggest myth that is survived through ages is that avoiding fat leads to weight loss. In fact, it tends to encourage weight gain. Foods containing healthy fat don't fatten your body, they escalate your metabolism and help to shed pounds. Cut eating junk as it attracts attention to health problems. It’s not a sin to indulge in fast foods, but make sure the amounts are small and once in a month provided that one equally enjoys healthy meals.

Fasting Proves Weight Loss

Fasting has no impact on health when it comes to a weight loss regime. It simply makes your health much worse and adds stress to your body like dropping blood pressure. However, intermittent fasting is something most health-conscious people swear by.

If I exercise, I can eat whatever I want

This thought led alone to an unhealthy diet. Having a balanced diet teamed with a proper exercise routine will keep your body in a stable check. So many of us believed this isn't a myth.  Google will take you through many tunnels where 1000 articles will be carved out to keep your anxiety at bay. But the truth can’t out beat illogical facts found online which are merely verified by experts.

Drinking Excessive Water

The biggest myth of all generations is drinking excessive water for losing weight. It doesn't make you lose weight but reduces hunger and keeps your skin glowing and body healthy.  This myth does not mean you don’t drink water at all, it’s always great to flush out toxins from the system. After all, water is the only source of survival instinctively during deserted days. Water is your body's soul, food, mind, heart, and the entire world! without sipping water every hour, it is impossible to survive. According to research, the human body is 65% water. You won't believe the fact that even the brain consists of 73% water. Another surprising fact is that your skin amounts to 64% water, bones 31%, kidneys & muscles 79%, and heart is 73%.
