Growth Cycle of the Country will Peak in First Half of 2022

The growth cycle is not durable in the country at present, but the Japanese Brokerage Nomura has said that this growth cycle will be at its peak in the first half of 2022. The yearly outlook has also said that the higher inflation and wider account deficit and the policies adopted to push growth during the pandemic can lead RBI to act as the effects cast doubts on the durability of growth. The analysts have also said that the risk premium of India can rise with the mixed growth, high inflation, and twin deficit.
