News Synopsis

Google launched Android 13 Beta 3 for compatible Pixel smartphones on June 8, 2022. Only two days later, the company updated Android 13 Beta 3.1 to fix one issue where some users of Android 13 Beta 3 did not have the Android Beta feedback app.

According to GSM Arena, the main idea of the beta program is to collect user feedback, so it's unclear why the Android Beta Feedback app wasn't included in Beta 3, but Google addresses the issue quickly but it's great to see the company fixing the issue, thereby releasing a small point bump in the third beta.

If the user is enrolled in the Android 13 Beta program and Beta 3 is running on the device, the user will receive  Beta 3.1 OTA with build number TPB3.220513.017.B1. However, if users can't wait, they can download it and install it manually.

No fixes have been made to Android 13 Beta 3.1, and the tech giant claims that the known issues from Beta 3 still apply to Beta 3.1. Pixel 4, Pixel 4 XL, Pixel 4a, Pixel 4a 5G, Pixel 5, Pixel 5a, Pixel 6, and Pixel 6 Pro all these devices are compatible with Android 13 Beta 3.
